2002 – The Start of Something
We opened our first learning centre in Lincoln, UK. It was called Choose ICT, and we delivered fully funded Learndirect courses.
2006 – Expanding Our Operations
By 2006, we had already won our first business award, and were teaching in both Lincoln and Leeds. We trained people in topics that included care, food hygiene, and employability.
2008 – More and More Locations
By 2008, we had 10 more centres across the UK, and took on a variety of staff members to help each one run efficiently.
2013 – A Huge Milestone
In 2013, we saw more than 2500 learners gain qualifications with us, and 1500 of these learners went on to gain employment from the courses they completed with us.
2016 – A New Service Offering
In 2016 we started delivering HR services to help businesses streamline their processes and maximise employee potential.
2020 – Kickstarting Opportunities
During the height of the pandemic, we rebranded as ‘Skills 365’ and were The Kickstart Gateway and created 250 work placements for 16-24 year olds around the UK.
2023 – The Founding of the Tribe
To make our varied services more coherent, we created the umbrella brand ‘The Thrive Tribe’. Our offering was also slightly refined to Business Coaching, Training, and Human Resources support.
