The final task of this course is to use a pre-configured spreadsheet on which you will be making changes using features and skills you have learned through the lessons. This being a Beginner’s Spreadsheets course, we recommend making notes of which tabs (Home, Insert, Design….) contain which sections.

  • Lesson 2: Encouraging self-care in the workplace
  • Lesson 3: Discussing mental health issues in the workplace
  • Lesson 4: Managing difficult relationships in the workplace
  • Lesson 5: Resilience training

Including exercises for documenting your thoughts and feelings.
